An AI Chatbot Trained on Your Site

Somebody lands on your site at 9pm with one question. They don't want a contact form, they don't want to wait until Monday, and if nothing on the page answers them in about ten seconds, they're gone and you never knew they were there.

The Website Chatbot answers that question out of your own published pages, and when the visitor wants to talk to a person, it takes their details and drops the lead in your intake inbox. It's an assistant that works the hours your phone doesn't.

The problem with chatbots

You've probably met a bad one

Most chatbots fail in one of two ways. Either they invent answers, confidently telling your visitor something about your business that isn't true, or they're a phone tree wearing a chat window, offering four buttons when the person had a fifth question. Both are worse than no chatbot, because both cost you the visitor and some of your credibility on the way out.

This one only answers from what you've already published. We crawl your site, go through the knowledge by hand, and the assistant works from that and nothing else. When somebody asks about something your site doesn't cover, it says it doesn't know and points them to a human instead of improvising a plausible sentence.

The job

What it handles on its own

You don't manage it day to day. Once it's live, this is the work it does.

  • Answers visitor questions out of your published pages, in your words, at whatever hour they show up.
  • Captures the lead when someone wants to talk. They leave their details in the chat and it arrives by email in your intake inbox.
  • Books consultations by pointing a button straight at the calendar link you already use.
  • Runs in your brand colors, so it reads as part of your site instead of a bolted-on widget.
  • Hands off to a person the moment the question outruns what the site can answer.

Install is one line of code on your site. We handle everything behind it.

Oversight

You can read every conversation

You get a dashboard. Every transcript is there to read, so you can see what people actually ask at 9pm, which is often not what you'd guess. Leads are listed and exportable, and if the assistant should say something differently, you can adjust its instructions yourself without calling a developer.

The stricter mode

For law firms and other regulated businesses

Regulated businesses get a stricter version. It gives information only. No legal advice, no fee quotes, no promises about how a matter will turn out, and a structured intake that routes a serious inquiry toward a consultation with an actual attorney rather than trying to handle it in the chat.

Before any of it goes live, we spend time trying to break it ourselves. We push it to step out of character, to reveal the instructions it was given, to offer advice it isn't allowed to offer, and to promise things the business can't deliver. We fix what we find, then we launch.

The proof

It's answering questions on this page right now

The chat bubble in the corner of this page is the product. It's also running on a family law firm's site, in the stricter mode.

There's not much point in us describing how it handles an awkward question when you can go ask it one. Try something your own visitors would ask. Try something it shouldn't know, and watch what it does with that.

Questions we get

What if it gives a wrong answer?

It only answers from pages you've published, so the material it's working with is material you've already approved. When a question falls outside that, the answer is that it doesn't know, followed by a way to reach a human. And you can read every transcript, so nothing it says is invisible to you.

Will it make things up?

It's built and tested specifically not to. The honest answer to something it doesn't know is "I don't know, here's how to reach us," and we test for that before launch by trying to pull it off script ourselves. It's an assistant, not a lawyer, a salesperson, or an oracle. Its job is to answer what your site can answer, capture the lead, and hand the rest to you.

What do you need from us to set it up?

Your website and the email address where you want leads to land. That's the short version and mostly the whole version. Install is one line of code, and we'll give it to you or add it ourselves.

Can we see what people ask it?

Yes, all of it. Every conversation is in your dashboard, start to finish, along with the leads it captured. Most owners find the transcripts are worth reading for their own sake.

Ask it something, then talk to us

Go poke at the bubble in the corner first. It's the same product we'd build for you, and it'll tell you more in two minutes than another paragraph here will. When you're ready, send us your site and we'll tell you what it would take. We reply within one business day.
