Cascade Audience Intelligence Report

Know who you are actually selling to. In their words.

We turn the real voice of your market into something you can build campaigns from. Sourced from where your buyers actually talk, specific enough to write from, and honest about what it cannot yet prove.

What it tells you

Not a profile you nod at and forget

A read you can write, target, and spend against.

  • Who actually buys, and who only looks like your buyer.
  • The real reasons people hesitate, ranked by how often they come up and how hard they bite.
  • The emotional job your product is doing, which is usually not the one on your website.
  • The few different ways your buyers reason, so you stop writing one message for four different people.
  • What tips a buyer to yes or no, and the one change that moves it most.
  • The exact words to put in your copy, and the words that quietly push people away.
  • Who your buyers would choose if you did not exist, which is rarely the competitor you assume.
  • A one-page brief you, your team, or your agency can build campaigns from directly.

Two depths

Pick the one that matches the decision

Choose by what is riding on it.

Snapshot

The fast read, for aligning a team or briefing a campaign.

  • · Who your buyer is and the handful of things that stop them buying
  • · Where they sit on the readiness-to-buy scale
  • · The emotional job, the buyer types, the single highest-leverage lever
  • · A one-page brief your team can work from

Built on 15 to 20 sourced quotes · 3 to 4 business days

For budget decisions

Full Report

The version you make spending decisions on.

  • · Everything in the Snapshot
  • · The full path from first thought to purchase
  • · The identity story under the purchase
  • · The evidence against the findings, so you are not fooling yourself
  • · Cheap tests to run before you commit budget

Built on 30 to 50 sourced quotes · 7 to 10 business days

Either depth takes add-ons. Extra segments and a ready-to-use activation pack are the common ones, and two have grown into products of their own:

What we need from you

Bring more, spend more confidently

How much you can trust the report depends on what you feed it.

Have to have

  • What you sell, your prices, and where you sell it
  • A paragraph on who you think your buyer is, and the one decision this should help you make
  • The competitors you watch

Makes it much stronger

  • Your customer reviews
  • A handful of sales-call recordings or transcripts
  • The objections your team hears on repeat
  • Win-loss notes, surveys, or personas you already use
  • An example of your best and worst-fit customer

Nice to have

  • A brand voice or style guide
  • Which segments actually convert
  • A few customers we can talk to

Questions

How is this different from a persona template or a survey?

Personas are usually invented in a room. Surveys tell you what people will admit on the record. This is built from what your buyers actually say where they think no one is selling to them: forums, reviews, call transcripts, support threads. Every finding is tied to a sourced quote, and the report is honest about what it cannot yet prove.

How long does it take?

A Snapshot takes three to four business days. A Full Report takes seven to ten. The clock starts once you have completed the short intake and we have held a 20-minute kickoff.

What do you need from us?

At minimum: what you sell, your prices, the competitors you watch, and the one decision this should help you make. The report gets far more trustworthy when you also share customer reviews, a few sales-call recordings, and the objections your team hears on repeat. You provide it once, through a short form.

How do we know we can trust it?

Findings are quoted and sourced, not asserted. The Full Report also includes the evidence that argues against its own conclusions, plus a set of cheap tests you can run before committing budget. The more first-party material you feed it, the more confidently you can spend against it.

Do we have to buy other services afterward?

No. Plenty of clients use the report to brief their own team or another agency. If you want us to turn it into campaigns, we can, but the report is built to stand on its own.

Find out who you are really selling to.

Start the intake and we will be back within one business day to schedule your kickoff.
